The Junker

This game was created to be submitted to the Epic MegaJam 2021 with the theme of "Running Out of Space". You control a ship tasked with the maintenance of a space junk compactor, which has suddenly experienced a catastrophic malfunction. Avoid the increasingly encroaching wall of compacted trash and escape to freedom.

Controls:

-WASD Movement.

-Spacebar to shoot. This is necessary to hit the emergency door release buttons you encounter (big red spheres). You can also destroy fan blades with the projectiles, but keep in mind that they have a short range.

-Shift to boost. Provides a brief forward boost for escaping danger or breaking through fan blades. Has a short cooldown so use it wisely.
